A survey of Assert International Bulgaria training participants over the past 1 year showed over 93% satisfaction

Assert International Bulgaria continues to consolidate its position as a leader in corporate training, as a new survey of participants in these trainings over the past year shows an impressive satisfaction rate of over 93%. This high rating reflects both the quality of the programs offered and the ability of the company's team to meet the individual needs of different organizations. The role-playing, simulations, and interactive projects that are a core part of the training process are particularly highly rated by participants.

The questions in the questionnaire were concerned with the levels of cooperation and ownership in the teams and, on the other hand, the operational results after the training sessions.

The survey took place over a three-week period in August 2024 and was responded to by approximately 1/3 of all participants over the past 12 months. Representatives from a variety of companies, with a variety of roles and positions, who have been through Assert International Bulgaria's academies shared their impressions and feedback.  

As expected, the biggest contribution to measuring people's performance and satisfaction came from real case studies, role plays, and simulations. The question and answer modules, the discussion part, and the additional projects, through which the participants practically consolidated their knowledge, also found a place in the usefulness ranking.  

Assert International strives to meet the needs of each team individually and to present a boutique format to its training, which, in turn, found a place in the high score for the speaker, nearly 94%, and his approach to interacting with people.

In response to the positive response and with a desire to continue the processes of developing and motivating people within companies, we have expanded our portfolio for the new training season. Seven new topics have been added to the list, bringing the storylines in the People Development and Training service to 21 in total.  

Over the next 7 months (until April 2025) we are also planning to run 5 open workshops on feedback, people integration, team effectiveness, delegation as a process, and the role of artificial intelligence in HR functions.
