Description
- Coordinate distributor sales teams
- Organize trainings, product launches and tastings
- Monitor promotions, POS execution and stock levels
- Develop customer relationships and propose growth initiatives
Requirements
- FMCG sales experience
- Knowledge of the Bulgarian FMCG market
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bulgaria (90%) plus occasional trips to Romania
- Fluent Bulgarian and working level of English
