Description
- Handle inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
- Communicate with Customers via email, chat, and/or phone
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work with CRM systems and internal tools
- Follow internal procedures and company standards
Working Hours:Late shifts aligned with US time zones:
– 15:00 – 00:00
– 16:00 – 01:00
– 17:00 – 02:00
– 18:00 – 03:00
– 19:00 – 04:00
– 20:00 – 05:00
Requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required
- Good computer literacy
