Description

As a Maintenance Operator, you will be responsible for the regular maintenance and repair of our production machinery and facilities. You will work closely with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Your role will involve troubleshooting machinery, performing preventive maintenance, and implementing improvements to maximize equipment performance.This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our equipment functions efficiently and safely.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent in a technical field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends if necessary.
