Short Description

On behalf of our client - an established international company operating in the renewable energy sector - we are currently looking for an experienced professional to join the team as:Project Manager

Description

Manage projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Coordinate both technical and managerial aspects of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects
Prepare and continuously update project management plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Manage project deviations, risks, and change requests to ensure achievement of project objectives
Participate in the review and administration of EPC and subcontractor contracts to support and protect business interests
Lead contract negotiations, manage change orders, and coordinate agreements with subcontractors and suppliers
Communicate with utilities, regulatory bodies, and local authorities regarding permitting, interconnection, and compliance matters
Ensure effective allocation and coordination of project resources
Prepare, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation and reporting

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the Solar PV, renewable energy, construction, or energy sector
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
PMP certification will be considered an advantage
Excellent command of MS Office and MS Project
Strong communication skills in English – both written and verbal
Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills with attention to detail
Understanding of contract administration and project risk management
Experience in negotiations, stakeholder management, and dispute resolution
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment and coordinate multiple stakeholders
