On behalf of our client - an established international company operating in the renewable energy sector - we are currently looking for an experienced professional to join the team as:Project Manager 

Description

• Manage projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinate both technical and managerial aspects of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects
• Prepare and continuously update project management plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage project deviations, risks, and change requests to ensure achievement of project objectives
• Participate in the review and administration of EPC and subcontractor contracts to support and protect business interests
• Lead contract negotiations, manage change orders, and coordinate agreements with subcontractors and suppliers
• Communicate with utilities, regulatory bodies, and local authorities regarding permitting, interconnection, and compliance matters
• Ensure effective allocation and coordination of project resources
• Prepare, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the Solar PV, renewable energy, construction, or energy sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• PMP certification will be considered an advantage
• Excellent command of MS Office and MS Project
• Strong communication skills in English – both written and verbal
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of contract administration and project risk management
• Experience in negotiations, stakeholder management, and dispute resolution
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment and coordinate multiple stakeholders
