Description

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of mechanical systems in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, identify discrepancies, and report potential issues to the Construction Manager.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare regular reports on site activities, quality control, and material deliveries.
• Coordinate material procurement and monitor stock levels to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to verify the correct installation and performance of mechanical systems.
• Monitor subcontractors’ work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on site.
• Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and records, including design changes and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field field
• Previous construction experience on site is mandatory
• Experience in energy projects is considered an advantage
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and native Bulgarian
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and AutoCAD software
• Flexibility to relocate to the project site
