Description
- Provides opinions and advices on legal issues; Participates in the preparation, negotiations and implementation of all types of company documents;
- Prepares and coordinates drafts for the conclusion of contracts, agreements, annexes and any other legal documents;
- Participates in the preparation and development of rules, procedures and document templates;
- Coordinates the activity of substantiating the legality of the actions taken by the employer before control and audit bodies;
- Monitors and observes compliance with current legislation;
- Consults and provides assistance on legal issues;
- Prepares and monitors the implementation of the budget in the Legal Department.
Requirements
- Higher education in Law;
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience;
- Excellent level of legal and business English;
- Skills for meeting deadlines and working in a dynamic work environment;
- Adaptability, proactivity and result orientation;
- Teamwork and independent problem-solving skills.
