Our partner, an established company in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for a Regional Medical Manager to lead, develop and grow a team of Medical Representatives in Eastern Bulgaria.
Description
- Lead, motivate and develop a regional team of Medical Representatives
- Set, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets (market share, SITO, monthly/quarterly KPIs)
- Actively work in the field through joint visits, coaching and performance feedback
- Implement commercial and marketing strategies at regional level
- Analyse sales performance, prepare regular reports and propose corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, internal policies and industry regulations
- Manage regional sales budget and control expenses
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience managing and developing sales or medical representative teams
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
- Analytical mindset and strong results orientation
- Ability to work in a dynamic, field-based role
- English – working proficiency
- Very good MS Office skills
- Valid driving licence (Category B)
