- Troubleshoot gameplay and account-related issues
- Maintain knowledge of games, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English
- Flexible to work shifts in a 24/7 environment
- Previous experience in Customer Service or iGaming is a plus
- Knowledge of sports-related topics is an advantage
