In this role, you will contribute to the development of new concepts and approaches while handling complex assignments independently. You will determine methods and procedures for new tasks and drive improvements across processes and quality standards. Your main responsibility will be managing customer service requests through various channels while ensuring proper case handling and accurate entitlement validation. The role involves close interaction with both internal teams and external customers, partners, and service providers. The Customer Solutions Representative will do an accurate case management with strong knowledge of products and services, and consistent delivery of commitments on time and at high quality.

Requirements

The position requires fluency in both Polish and English, excellent communication skills, and a high level of organizational and time management abilities. You should have at least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, strong problem-solving skills, and confidence working in a phone-based remote support environment. Case logging systems, obligation systems, call routing, and standard business tools like MS Office would be taken as advantage.
