We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Technology Project Manager to drive the development and industrialization of next-generation production processes for innovative heating, cooling, and heat pump systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and mass production, collaborating with global teams and top-tier suppliers to build robust, scalable, and highly efficient manufacturing solutions.

Description

• Design Manufacturing Concepts: Create and execute advanced production concepts for new assembly lines and equipment. • Supplier & Spec Management: Define technical machinery specifications and lead the selection and coordination of global equipment suppliers. • Layout & Flow Optimization: Design optimized production layouts, ensuring smooth material flow and precise resource planning. • System Integration: Oversee the integration of shop floor solutions, ERP, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). • Quality & Documentation: Maintain rigorous process standards, including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SOPs. • Ramp-Up & Performance: Lead production ramp-ups to hit target yields and maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Requirements

• Education: University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. • Experience: Strong background in production engineering, industrialization, or manufacturing within structured international environments. • Automation Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in implementing and automating manufacturing lines and machinery. • Technical Know-How: Familiarity with high-volume assembly, laser processing, electronics soldering, gluing, and functional/pressure testing. • Tools & Standards: Knowledge of data/ERP tools (SAP, SQL, Power BI), DfM principles, and IATF 16949 standards (Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage). • Languages: Full professional proficiency in both English and Bulgarian (written and spoken).
