Lead all logistics activities, including warehousing, internal logistics, material flow, and shipping operations;
Manage and develop logistics teams while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement;
Optimize and standardize logistics processes and warehouse organization;
Develop and implement efficient material flow concepts across production operations;
Monitor logistics KPIs and drive performance improvements;
Support logistics transformation projects and organizational changes;
Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance teams;
Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of ERP-based logistics processes.

Изисквания

Several years of experience in logistics management within a manufacturing or industrial environment;
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, internal logistics, and material flow management;
Experience leading teams and driving process optimization initiatives;
Good understanding of ERP systems and structured operational processes;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage change and build effective cross-functional collaboration;
Excellent English communication skills.
