POSITION BASED IN NIGERIA

For our trusted partner we are looking for Electrical/ Site Manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience supervising all types of electrical systems on construction sites
Fluent in English – reading, writing, speaking;
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and supervise all electrical activities on-site;
Estimate material and labor needs and prepare daily reports;
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and electricians;
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and inspection of electrical systems;
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and client specifications;
Maintain accurate documentation and support project reporting.

Technical Scope Includes:

Cable pulling (33kV, 11kV, low voltage, ELV, control, grounding)
Installation of:
• Power transformers (33/11/0.415kV)
• Substations and switchgear (HV/LV/ATS)
• Synchronizing panels, sub-panels, distribution boards
Cable tray/ladder installation (HV, LV, ELV)
Testing: cable termination, loop checking, insulation resistance (Megger), labeling
Installation of lighting systems, wiring devices, switches and sockets
Preparing test reports and liaising with clients/consultants

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of electrical safety, grounding, bonding, and fault detection
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
Skilled in using electrical testing tools and instruments
This position is based in Nigeria.
