Customer Service Representative with English (Temporary contract)

Short Description

Our partner in the coatings and specialty chemicals sector is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their international team on a 1 year contract. This isn’t your typical back-office position. You’ll be the main link between customers, sales, logistics, and supply chain teams, making sure orders flow smoothly and customers across half the world get what they need - on time and in full.

Description

• Process and manage customer orders via email, phone, or internal channels
• Ensure data accuracy and smooth order flow in the ERP system
• Coordinate closely with logistics and transport partners for timely delivery
• Communicate proactively with customers, resolve issues, and build strong relationships
• Support continuous improvement and suggest process enhancements

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role (considered an advantage)
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English
• Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
• Detail-oriented and reliable, even under pressure
• Positive, proactive, and open-minded attitude

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of Romanian
