About the Role

• As Quality & HSE Manager, you will lead the site's integrated Quality, Safety, Environment and Energy Management System, ensuring full compliance with corporate standards, customer requirements, and international automotive regulations.
• Acting as the main customer representative for all QSE²-related activities, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, audit readiness, and the development of a strong quality culture across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead, coach and develop the local QSE² team while managing competencies, resources, and performance. • Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001. • Act as the customer representative during project development, engineering changes, mass production, and quality performance reviews. • Coordinate customer, internal and third-party audits, ensuring successful certification and compliance with customer-specific requirements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using automotive quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, QRQC and PDCA. • Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, risk assessments, and non-conformity management. • Monitor quality KPIs and customer performance, preparing reports and improvement plans for local and corporate management. • Support supplier quality activities and collaborate with Purchasing on quality-related issues. • Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, environmental responsibility, and energy efficiency across the organization. • Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, annual target setting, and management reviews. 

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline. • Proven experience in a Quality Management leadership role within the automotive manufacturing industry. • Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and methodologies, including IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, QRQC and 8D. • Experience leading integrated management systems covering Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and Energy. • Solid experience coordinating customer, certification and process audits (VDA 6.3, CQI or similar is considered an advantage). • Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills and ability to train and coach employees. • MS Office and ERP systems. •Fluent English is required; additional languages such as French/German would be considered an advantage.
