Our client is a well-established manufacturing company in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. We are looking for an experienced and strategically-minded Facility Manager. This is a newly created role within the company’s structure, focused on the professional management, maintenance, and implementation of modern building management systems, ensuring high efficiency and an excellent administrative environment for the entire team.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Building & Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the comprehensive maintenance of the facility (excluding production equipment), including inspection and control of technical systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing) and managing warranty periods. Design & Implementation of Automation Systems (BMS/CAFM): Identifying needs, selecting, and integrating modern software solutions for access control, resource management, and administrative process reporting. Vendor & Partner Network Management: Selection, negotiation, and supervision of external service providers for specialized activities such as professional cleaning, security, landscaping, and out-of-warranty repairs. Budget Planning & Resource Optimization: Monitoring administrative expenses and implementing energy-efficient and eco-friendly solutions aimed at reducing operating costs and achieving corporate KPIs. Team Administration & Development Projects: Direct management of the Facility Expert and active participation in the strategic planning of future renovations, redevelopments, or infrastructure investment projects.
Proven Expertise: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in facility management, technical operations, and infrastructure maintenance. External Resource Management: Solid skills in contract administration, budgeting, and coordination of service teams and subcontractors. Technical Competence: Practical knowledge of building installation operations (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Security systems). Analytical Capacity: Ability to monitor resource consumption and optimize costs through data analysis and key performance indicators. Professional Profile: Excellent IT literacy, proficiency in English, and the ability to balance operational technical tasks with administrative control.
