DevOps Engineer

Manpower Bulgaria is currently partnering with a global and well-established organization delivering premium digital content and data-driven products for international clients. On their behalf, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join their growing team.

Description

Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins • Set up, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure, primarily in Microsoft Azure • Use Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) to automate environments • Automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes to improve efficiency and reliability • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production systems • Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize overall system performance • Manage secrets, configurations, and environments using technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, or Vault • Work closely with Development, QA, and IT teams to streamline software delivery • Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle (DevSecOps)

Requirements

Requirements: • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or similar role • Strong experience with CI/CD tools and practices • Proven experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (AWS/GCP is a plus) • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) • Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with monitoring and logging tools • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Offer
